The routes below separate Circuit Clerk records, criminal inspection, municipal citations, and other court services. This private reference resource cannot access or alter any court record.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This private reference resource cannot retrieve an official docket, issue a certified copy, change a setting, seal a record, or give legal advice. Contact the originating court or clerk for those services.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the official channel that matches the record type and the court that holds it.

  • State-court docket or case lookup: start with Missouri Case.net, then contact the Circuit Clerk for a document or records-access question.
  • General Circuit Clerk records: Circuit Clerk of the 22nd Judicial Circuit, Civil Courts Building, 10 North Tucker Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63101, 314-622-4044.
  • Criminal-file inspection: the Circuit Attorney lists 10 North Tucker and 314-622-4433; call first because published counter locations can vary by record category.
  • Certified copies: email stlcircuitclerk@courts.mo.gov for an estimate and payment directions; the Certified Copies Department lists 314-622-4922.
  • City traffic or municipal matter: City Municipal Court customer service is at 1520 Market Street, Suite 1120, St. Louis, MO 63103, 314-622-3231, with stlccweb@stlouis-mo.gov for municipal contact.

Municipal customer service is generally listed Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding City holidays. The Circuit Clerk’s records counter and courthouse operations can have different hours, so confirm the office and counter before travel. For a specific certified request, give the case number, document name, and relevant date rather than sending sensitive information in an unsecured message unless the clerk instructs otherwise.
